Starting point: Sarmingstein-the Donausteig-starting point "Sarmingstein" lies directly on the Danube main road at the parking lot south of the inn Strudengauhof (across from the ferry dock).
Destination: Waldhausen-the Donausteig-starting point "Waldhousen" lies 20 m after the south exit of the market place south of the street.

Getting there
From the Church Sarmingstein approx. 500 m downstream. The Donausteig-starting point "Sarmingstein" lies directly on the Donau main road to the south next to the Inn Strudengauhof (Navigation: A-4382 Sarmingstein Nr.13).Public Transit
Sarmingstein can be reach by train and bus. A transfer back from Waldhausen is possible by bus. Bus timetables online at http://www.ooevv.at .Parking
On the parking lot of the Donausteig-starting point "Sarmingstein" you can park free of charge.
