Der Donaufisch im Riverresort Donauschlinge in Haibach ob der Donau wird kunstvoll angerichtet: Die Forelle ‚Müllerin Art‘ wird zusammen mit Kräuterbutter, Spargel und Petersilien-Butterkartoffeln auf einem Teller serviert. Der Koch vollendet das Gericht, indem er frischen Zitronensaft über den zarten Fisch tröpfelt, um ihm eine erfrischende Note zu verleihen.

Bründlhof

The pilgrimage tradition at Glatzinger Bründl now also has an attractive gastronomic destination in addition to the spiritual one. From 8 February 2020, the Grüneis family will lovingly look after the well-being of our guests in the restaurant, the hotel with its wellness area and the seminar house.

Since the professional renovation in 2013, the Bründlhof, which has existed for 200 years, shines in new splendour. Great importance was attached to barrier-free access and facilities for the disabled during the renovation.
