We have learnt to cook and have not forgotten how to do it - which is why our cuisine is free from flavour enhancers and convenience products!

All our products arrive fresh and are carefully prepared by our staff.

The organic schnitzel is baked in clarified butter and served with cranberries and organic parsley potatoes. The beef soup is made with beef tongue, ox tail and cooked meat from Biofleisch Sonnberg. The pancakes are cut by hand and only organic ingredients are used in the homemade liver dumplings.

We have been working with friends and selected producers for years. We are proud to be able to support many organic and sustainable businesses.
